Sarah is very professional and knowledgeable. She made our process of selling very simple and streamlined. She was very responsive to all questions and concerns we had. Well, when we started with Sarah Auman, it was CBHR company but now it is Realty87. That hasn't made any difference in Sarah's outstanding performance as our agent looking to help us find our perfect home. Sarah's is very upbeat and very communicative. She responds quickly to questions and she certainly understood our specific needs for a new home. She hung in there and worked with us for the first 5 months of 2025. The market was slow and there were not many opportunities that fit our requirements at first but in March things heated up and took off. We looked at a lot of homes from March to May and Sarah's expertise and judgement helped us make the correct decision and offer on a home right before Mother's Day 2025 and we did some back and forth on the offer which Sarah handled wonderfully.
